to apply for OPNP, you need a Job Offer.

also you need a good IELTS score.. minimum CLB 6.. First step if to get your IELTS score up preferably 7 (minimum)

BC PNP is accepting grads from any Canadian univ. If Ontario does the same then I can get ontario pnp.

NO, just read my post. I might get only if Ontario EE PNP accepts any Canadian Univ grad, not specifically Ontario Grads. For eg BC PNP accepts any Canadian Univ Grad.

I want to do this as well, but at the same time I am unsure, debating whether I wait to get an ITA with my score of 438, or just apply PNP pre screening now, or LMIA now, and by the time I get it, maybe I have already got an ITA, or still waiting to get an ITA.

my score is 374 ( thinking of getting my ielts done again to get clb 9) and already applied for PNP .. dunno what will happen.

The process is very simple.. your employer files for pre-screening (an application + supporting documents) and submits the application to O-PNP office... once your pre-screening is approved( 65 to 90 days) your employer with get the intimation to hire you. That is a green signal to the employer to hire the person for whom he has applied for.

You employer will send you the documents and offer letter .. you need to complete the nominee application and send the application along with the Draft of 2000$ Offer Letters, Joint Verification Certificate..
I think this is the process.. if anyone would like to differ on this.. please reply
