have u come in contact with embassy as , now 6 months has been passed

any idea , what they will ask/demand in next email ( after 6 months passed )

Not yet 6 months complete in DEC will do early next year and see

I got 1 email in FEB where i got UCI number then got 2nd email in July where they say will process this case somewhere in 6 mths..can you let me know ur time line

It seems you got your 2nd mail in 5 months like others. I got my first mail in May 1st week. Have not recieved my 2nd mail till now. I've sent an enquiry using the link that you shared. I've informed them that I've moved to US for some time and aksed if I need to send any more documents. Lets see. It is really painful and pathtetic the pace the case is progressing. 8-9 year and still in lingo. Sometimes, I feel it is not worth the effort as I'm hearing that IT job market is not great in Canada.

So, did you advise CIC,NDVO about your movement before recieving 2nd mail or after it?

Also, have you recieved medical request or any other communication after 2nd mail?

I might be due to this PFSO strike.. I also have updated my address through the link and in auto reply they say if change in address or other enquiry we will not respond.. I updated my address 3 months ago but this is still not reflected in my status online.

Yes, these days many people are getting ppr, medical requests etc.

Just a question reg ur Visa Office it says CPP Ottawa are in FSW Backlog candidate and how did you submit ur application to Ottawa.

Actually I sent my application to nova scotia, cic and they transferred my case to cpp ottawa. As I m in usa, so visa office is cppo hope this answer your question.

OH thats good..

Seems like I took a wrong path.. I am in USA too but misread the processing time so gave my home country India as processing office which might trouble me when PR is approved.

Actually the main advantage from usa was that processing time was less as compare to Pakistan. I dont know about India. Why dont you update your profile on the left.
