There is nothing in medical instruction , just mentioned and same IOM will say.....when you will take medical appointment , IOM will ask you to bring 6 passport size snaps with white background , 0ne copy of passport and CNIC . you got appointment with in a 7 days

For my new born baby , they demand original B-Form/Family information form by NADRA .

during medical they will just take blood and urine and do eyes test and chest ex-ray.


In Lahore IOM , they give favor , if by chance your medical report come positive , they do not update the medical report and call you , first treat yourself and come again for medical ( but no idea but IOM Islamabad)

as Indian embassy examine our (Pakistani) medical report , so they take care and update you about your medical result

and they update the medical report with in 48 hours .

I will planning to move canada in december or in jan ( In Sha Allaha)

I submitted my application through Gerry-Fedex( visa drop box office ) Islamabad.

How did you proceed with your medicals? I mean, should i wait for my Medical Instructions or proceed with the MR appointment from Panel Doctor for my family medical?

Medical jaldi book ho jata he or they take time?

What is your plan to fly to Canada?

i am in Pakistan for the time being.

Same happened with me , as i did not mentioned email address in my forms which i submit in embassy then i received medical request by courier and remaining family members , medical request received through email.

so do not worry , there is no need to contact embassy , some times embassy did not send medical request (its all depend on embassy ).just wait and see .

you submit your documents to embassy through Fedex( visa drop box office ) or by any other courier service.

In sha Allah , after medical , with in 20 to 30 days , you will get visa stamped

Hi AKJECP;

Medical booking is pretty straight forward. Last week I called for the same and got the appointment immediately... Medical process is straight forward but have 3-4 hrs available... And islamabad IOM has emedical enabled so the results are updated within 48 hrs.

In the attached Medical Report form (IMM1017E) in section "Please bring the following to your appointment: they asked for
"Any medical reports or test results that you may have as a result of previous or existing medical conditions"

Pls suggest what does it mean or what type of reports they are asking for?

yes dear , its mean any operation treated after your birth, come with that medical report .which shows your medical present condition....that now you are totally fit or still you are under treatment.

Even if any of your wife cases was cesarean case, they also count it in operation ...

IOM will also check your blood pressure , if you are a regular patient then do not tell them , else they will ask you to do complete other tests , which are related to blood pressure . it may be possible that at that time your blood pressure will be normal , so do not tell them about it.
