I have also done major in wireless communication mainly 4G LTE. Industrial Engineering is a combination of mechanical, electrical as well as management majors. So my main focus was on management while writing the SOP where I had mentioned a few courses that are management related. And also going for MEng in EE would be a lot riskier as I already have done Masters in EE. That's the reason of selecting Industrial Eng which will give me engineering along with management expertise.

You have a good strategy, I hope you get SP soon. I have prepared almost everything and just waited official LOA from school to finish upload documents but worried these days especially after read the post that one guys get refused though had full funded $100.000 NSERC for his PH.D program in Unv. of Alberta. Do not know what will happen !
