I don't know which ones are accredited but if you do a quick search online, you should get to some on-campus universities that have an online system too. I am sure many Pakistanis study in Canada so valid Pakistani degrees will be accepted in Canada. What you should consider is whether you have a 3 year degree or 4 year degree. For example, many universities in the US won't accept a 3 year degree from India for masters so the person has to do masters in India if they want to do masters in the US. It might be the same for Pakistani degrees viz a viz Canada. You have to check with individual universities.
