Hello everyone,

I was hoping someone could help me with my question here.

I am about to send out my PR application under the QSW program. As they give you the option to pay the fees online, I have just completed the online payment ($550 for me as a single applicant + $490 for the RPRF in advance...I mean they will ask me to pay it at a later point anyway).

I used my dad's credit card and it has been approved. However, I am uncertain if I also have to fill out the entire fee payment form (IMM 5620). The reason why I am asking is because in section b they request the signature of the cardholder. As far as I am concerned this only applies to those who authorize CIC to deduct the amount from their credit card but NOT to those who already paid their fees online successfully - am I right?

It would be such a pain to send this form to Europe and back. I really don't feel like losing another 2 weeks here... ::)
