Hello guys… I submitted my application online, and I got AOR. How can I check the status of my application ?

Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

do you know what could be the reason of that?

It looks the tracker doesn't work today.

It takes a couple of days from when you receive the AOR till you can create a tracking account

It usually takes at least 48 hours from the time you receive AOR for your case to be available in the tracker. Also, make sure you are entering your UCI without any dashes (-).
