as long as you complete the documentation showing your true country of residence and past residences why should it matter where you are using the internet to enter an online application.

Hey there. Thanks for info. But still access of Internet will be different than country of resident.
Which is change in IP address. I am not sure whether it will influence on online visa policy or not.
For example, I am Indian, yes definitely applying from India but submitting application from say Pakistan. because living some days here.

Nobody cares as long as you show your country of citizenship (India) AND a country of residence (Pakistan).
