One key OINP website recaptcha issue?

I have submitted my OINP file couple of days back. I received the receipt stating my application and fee is received. The problem is after login to one key, it is keep on asking me to re-do reCAPTCHA, it is not directing me to OINP website.

Do anyone face the same problem. your help is appreciated.
