Not much of a good news but thanks. I've posted my timeline numerous times: applied in early march paid RPRF without request...the usual jazz ya know.

Strange , I applied too in September still did not get anything . I did sent them copy of my nomination letter.

Got My GCMS -Basically my file turning in process coincided with the day eligibility and criminality were passed. An observation from the latest GCMS (I order them every month) is that they seem to have added extra steps prior to passing each requirement. So one officer reviewed the eligibility and actually wrote a whole paragraph as to why it should be passed and then another officer approved and confirmed the recommendation. They are definitely double checking everything. Oh, there was a thing in July that said sthg like "File identified in QA, do not process until further" so this I guess explains why they went silent on us and I guess that notice has been lifted. Considering all the new musings on this forum though I think it's safe to say that CIC has gone back to work and many of us will get PPR soon. I sure hope so!

That's correct. One of my friends who applied under ontario pnp masters stream and who got pr just days before QA calls had the same thing in his GCMS. Now just security checks are left for you. It takes 2-3 months usually.

In his case, he was a late september 2013 applicant, there was no work on his file till 15 jan. From 15 jan till 21 feb his criminality and eligibility passed and he had some medical issues which also got resolved. From feb till end of April it was security checks and he got his PPR in End of May 2014.

What we all should now know that Ontario PNP - PR is getting back to normal, hopefully.

Just share a spread sheet from a Chinese forum. There are a lot of people got IP recently, whose application was stuck due to QA.

I personally think the QA is over and OPNP is back to normal. For the matrix if masters PNP need a job offer in federal stage,we will get the answer when Opnp release 2015 critria or someone gets PPR.

@ lukeqichen, thanks for the link. While I want to agree that QA is over, in the spreadsheet, I find 59 Ontario applicants but none of them have got PPR.
However I find most (if not all) in this xls to be from Jan2014 or later and hence we all should be ahead if there is a 'Q'

Yup .. He send the nomination certificate after receiving the call from CIC n was hoping that he will get work permit in few days n today status changed to on hold

Hello guys, I have a doubt about applying to Ontario PNP Masters student's stream

In the application instructions it states that you are not eligible to apply under the program if u have a scholarship, bursary or grant with returning obligations. Well, during my studies i got financial support through a student loan from a bank in my country, however, I do not have any retuning obligations under such credit, just as any other bank credit, I need to pay it. Consequently, my question is: Am I eligible to apply under Ontario PNP? I'll appreciate ur answers,

Personally, I think u are eligible.

The PNP office will have the correct answer for you.
