Please read my case below and I'd appreciate if anyone can guide me on this,

1. I Completed my 1 year post graduation program from Georgian College in December and applied for Post Graduate Work Permit in January
2. In Janauary I also got full time job offer and started working on "Implied status" as I haven't received the work permit yet but I can still work as per CIC.
3. I applied in federal skilled work program category and received ITA for PR in January.

My question is, Do I have to mention my current job in my PR application or is it not necessary to mention and hence what impact will it have on my application if I mention?

Yes, you have to list your job. Not sure why you would think it would impact the app. People are allowed to have jobs while applying.
