Hi everyone,
I am a student in Canada and i currently have 1 year left in my 4 year student visa and study permit on it.
This visa is in my old passport wich did not expire but i had to apply for a biometric passport due to the new law in my country. So now i have both my passports but the visa and study permit is in the old one.
Can I travel with the old passport and the new one together while having the visa in my old one or do I need to reapply for student permit? (I heard in US you can but not sure for Canada)
If not do I have to reapply or just move the remaining of the visa and study permit over to the new passport.
