NOC 2175 or 5241
I got 427 pts now CLB 10/10/9/9
I can keep chasing full CLB 10 (which is really hard for me, esp. 7.5 in writing & I am not sure if I could get 7.5 in speaking again)
then i could have 6 pts more to reach 433 (lowest point for OINP this year)
Should I submit EE now or wait for lucky full CLB 10?
