I am a OINP Master stream and want to apply for cic now. My NOC 9914, no job offer. My ielts was taken 15 months ago, should i submit it to cic? (My ielts is valid when i applied OINP certificate, but now my ielts is 15 month old). Do any one have same experience?
Plus, a similar question from a guy who has no ielts but he is phd (OINP Phd Steam, no job offer, NOC 9914). now he is going to apply for cic too. Does he need to take ielts according to cic checklist/guidelines?
