Could you tell us in what date did the OINP receive your application?

I'm guessing 11th of January.

I call them about my case and my aor if something is wrong and they told that we have a file name with you and email me a message the Ontario Nominee Program has received your application. Plus a pdf file with my money order said ' receipt '. Is this the AOR ?

I don't know if there is any difference but I sent a check with 6 or 12 months to expire. Not a DD.

I got my nomination today! I applied through Human Capital Priorities Stream under CEC category and my PGWP has expired (currently on implied status). My timeline is below:

Expression of Interest: December 4th, 2015
Application Submitted: January 8th, 2016
Application Received: Jan 14th, 2016
AOR: May 20th, 2016. I emailed them on May 5th and May 19th asking for a status update as 90 days had elapsed since application submission.
Status Updates: I emailed and called to ask for status updates 3 times after June 1st just so they knew that my work permit was expiring on July 5th.
Request for Further Evidence: July 4th, 2016. The investigator called me to ask a bunch of questions and request more documents the day before my work permit was expiring. He also called my current and previous employers that day. That same day, I got an email saying that my application had been sent to a Senior Processing Officer.
Nomination: July 22nd, 2016! All i got was an email that I had a new message in my CIC portal. Nothing else. When I opened up the portal, there was an option to accept or reject the nomination.

Don't lose hope or faith! I have also been speaking to someone at the Ontario Ombudsman about the mismanagement of the process. I don't know if it will be helpful but certainly the Ombudsman has a lot of power. I was thinking that if there is enough interest from other forum members, we could start a petition and send it to the ombudsman's office. Perhaps it's counterproductive for the Ombudsman to look into it, but applicants shouldn't have to be the ones to pay for the mismanagement of the program (that's just my opinion). If you are interested, please send me a message and we can coordinate.

Congratutaltions FBack54. I am really glad to hear this that they are prioritizing the files based on work permit expiration since mine is also expiring in a couple of months.

Hi all,

I have received the receipt for the application fees today after I have couriered them the replacement DD. Hope they send me back the expired DD soon and process my application.

Application received at OINP -> 4th Jan
AOR received -> 29th June with request for new DD
New DD received at OINP -> 20th July
Receipt for payment -> 22nd July

Fingers crossed. Also just wondering if any of the January FSW applicants have received nomination/rejection yet.

Congratulations! Just to confirm: both your employers listed are from Canada?

Does anybody knows if they also contact employers from other countries? In case of FWS outland work experience. (in my case for example, some of my former employers don't even speak english).
