I just got second call from nomination office, : :

My time line is
Jan 18 delivered
July 20 AOR
Nov 2 first call, ask for additional document
Nov 4 sent docs to office, and they receive on 8th
Nov 21 got second call from another officer, saying he's final reviewing my docs,
will tell me the final determination soon....

Dear All,

Heartfelt congrats to all those who received their nominations. Patience certainly paid off. For those who are still waiting, just hold the rope for little longer.

I received an email for additional documents on November 16, 2016 with initials of AW:

1. Copies of pay slips issued to you January – July 2015, and bank statements from a financial institution for the same period showing payroll deposits.

2. 6 months of most recent bank statements. The bank statements should show your name and account balance. Any substantial irregular deposits should be accompanied by details explaining the source of the funds and if necessary, evidence to show that the funds are un-encumbered. Any funds in accounts where there is a penalty for early withdrawal should provide details of the nature of said penalties.

I have provided all my bank statements and whatever documents they requested.

Keeping fingers crossed for nomination.

How did you manage to compile it in 20MB. Your procedure might help others as well..including me.

you can manage to make the images smaller and clear on same time just don t scan it big or HD there is no need for normal documents. the important is that they shall be clear, 500ko is barely enough

Hi.

Got request for additional request for documents last night.

1- Form 16 for 2013, 2014 and 2015.
2- Most recent bank assessment showing all assets.
3- 6 months of most recent bank statements. The bank statements should be stamped, show your name and account balance.
4- Evidence to substantiate large bank deposits and the source of these funds.
5- Written statement explaining ties established in Ontario and intension to reside in the province.

Has anybody done any bank assessment showing all assets? what is that? My bank does not have all the information about my assets? For Point No. 2

For point number 4- does it means POF? And gift deed between me and my father is the right way?

There is a software named I love PDF have compressed my file using that app...and I was just asked 3 things so my fie was not even that large

What I am concerned now is if they have received our documents or not?
Additional documents were sent by many through email but so many people out there explained that program never received them. Whats surprising is that those emails were never bounced back.

To avoid such drama I have dispatched originals as well. However, I am thinking of calling them and making sure they have received what they requested.

Your suggestions?

I would request everyone who gets additional docs requests to mention who their case officer is.. we can track that in the sheet as well to know the processing time per officer..

Well done! I also sent e-mail and the next day sent the documents by DHL to not leave any loose end. My docs have reached Canada as per DHL tracker. I have been told that they will be delivered today.

I already sent scans by e-mail.
