As I have mentioned before that my previous EE profile has expired before getting the AOR. OINP has sent me an email to request for some documents regarding to my new EE profile, which I have delivered to them (It was required to send them within 30 days of the notice; which I have fulfilled it in 5 days ;D).

Would you guys have a guess of when I should received their pre-AOR or AOR ? ;D THanks

I would apply BOWP paper application to buy some time with AOR or/and nomination whatever I received before my expiry of WP. Hope this will help. Good luck.

I think they just just randomly pick an app to process from a pile, it's not by date.

some late Feb applicants got AOR, but there are people still waiting from DEC, I know a person is a March applicant just got AOR.

It's actually by Date from the trend. however, if some applicants' work permit are going to expire in near future, then they will give priority to those applicants.

CEC gets processed first.

FSW gets lower priority.

My blind guess is that some FSW from DEC still hasn't got their AORs, whereas a CEC applicant from March has got AOR.

No i dont think so .. people with expiring work permits gets priority then it has to be according the submission date.

But with that said .. OINP is alwAYS full of surprises

Was he FSW or CEC? I think it should be a case of work permit expiry. Could you confirm?

He has just got OINP AOR. He is not eligible for BOWP.

Can someone guide me to OINP process. I am about to submit my EOI under FSW with 470 points. But I heard that if I apply under OINP, i can get the invitation quickly.

However, I cam not sure if my can apply for OINP and CIC simultaneously? Would appreciate if someone can guide me to the process... Whenever I click on express entry on OINP website, It takes me to normal process of submitting express entry profile.

You have to create express entry profile. You may get a direct ITA with this score in near future..
ONTARIO was issuing notification of intersrt to persons with CRS 400 and above,But this process is on hold now. You can apply to ontario after getting notification from them based on the profile score
