Sir, is it a confirmed news. My NOC (2133) does fall under ICT and have CRS equals to 396 and I have re-created my profile. I have not received any NOI.

When the other guy received NOI?
Yes she did tell me that their client had CRS 380 was falling under IT sector.
Received the NOI today as per their information
I hope you get yours soon too :)

Hey Guys. I created my EE profile on 10th July 2017, I didn't receive NOI with CRS 408. NOC 5241 (under ICT). After my birthday in September 2017 I came down to 398 and still waiting for NOI. Can anybody guess the problem please? Can I hope for an NOI with 398 CRS now? Should I re-create my EE profile? Any clue/advice would be helpful. Thanks.

What is the point of giving to 440+ when they can get ITA in couple of draws and who is ready to spend 1500$ extra for PNP ?

I don't know about the myth but I think it is better to recreate the profile in 2018.
Totally agree. If they want to check the seriousness of candidates , better target who are between 400 to 420 CRS. Others will anywhich way get ITA today or tomorrow.

Spoke to My consultant right now
They said there is a client of theirs who received on 380
The occupation is in demand she said
Software engineer
And the profile was created back in August 2017
They are suggesting recreation is not required
Mmm not sure about that... or he is really lucky.. But ifnyou look at all past info from 2017 tracker where people share the date they created their profile and date they received NOI most of their profiles are less than a month old. Maybe your consultant is trying to get out of tryign to recreate your profile?

Express Entry – Human Capital Priorities Notification of Interest

Please be advised that the OINP has commenced issuing NOIs under the HCP stream. Following the issuance of NOIs, the OINP will post on its website a program update informing stakeholders of the methodology used to issue NOIs.

The results of yesterday’s round are as follows:

Number of invitations issued: 330
Date and time of portal search: January 19, 2018 at 3:00 EST
CRS score range: 440 to 446
Date Express Entry profile submitted: January 1, 2018 to January 19, 2018

The OINP is managing the volume of applications to the HCP stream at this time. The OINP will be issuing NOIs on a regular basis to applicants, who at minimum, have a CRS of 400 and meet all eligibility criteria.

Q. Why didn’t I receive an NOI?

A. The OINP has resumed issuing Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to a targeted number of applicants who qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream. Information about each NOI round will be provided on our website. Please monitor the Program Updates page for more information.
