OINP- ACCEPTANCE TO CANADIAN MBA- Urgent Advice needed

Dear All,

Here is my situation:

Context:
1. I started my application for OINP in January with a CRS score of 418 and received one of the last PT notifications sent by Ontario.
2. Due to family emergency, I had to withdraw cash from the settlement funds and could not proceed with my application.
3. I also started my B-school application to Canadian Schools (in Ontario) and recently got into a 1-year MBA program which will start in early 2017.

Queries:
1. What would be the best way to apply to OINP if I join the MBA program on student VISA?
2. Is there any alternative way to get PR once I complete MBA and (hopefully) get a decent job?

Those are major life decisions (especially taking out a 70k loan) that are not easy for strangers to answer. It's really up to you. If you feel more comfortable going for the MBA, or if you'd rather wait for other PNPs to reopen.
