OHIP Waiting Period - Baby delivered 15 hours before the coverage start

Hi,

My health coverage was supposed to be started at 24th and due to an emergency, baby got delivered 15 hours before the end of OHIP waiting period (90 days). Please tell me is there any chance that they will cover the charges for delivery and other services.

I do not think anyone here could really say one way or the other so best you contact ServiceOntario or call them 1-866-532-3161 given the timing whether they will waive for a few hours or not.
