Sir i have applied for University of Winnipeg,but its offer letter is taking too much time,i have applied for offer letter on 28 July 2016,but i have not received it yet,i have send them Transcript and Ielts scorecard a week ago only,please reply me

Sorry, but there's nothing that anyone in this forum can help you out with. You need to co-ordinate with the University for your offer letter. Drop them a mail with relevant details, or give their admissions office a call. Also check your spam and junk folders for any possible communication from them.
