Offer Letter September intake 2018

I am applying for offer letter for September intake 2018 at university of Alberta, for 4 year bachelor in computer science , but the problem is ,my 12th class marksheet will be available in June 2018 . I am worried if all the seats in my desired program will get full till I will send them my transcripts.
Any suggestions please.?

I asked the same question for my nephew but no reply from any member yet. He will also pass 12th in june 2018. Will that not be late for Sep 2018 session?

HI all, still looking answer for this query.
If someone passes grad 12th in April/May 2018 from India , the mark sheets/certificate can only be available in month of June. So in that case, is Fall 2018 ( classes start in Aug 2018) is not possible or there are any chances ? Sorry I have no idea how this all work.
I can even apply now if needed ... Please reply to this thread or PM me if you have any information on this.

I visited a consultant today , he says that you will have enough time to apply for visa after getting marksheets... But you should start the procedure by the end of this year... Visit a consultant and discuss your profile and start applying at colleges so u can get offer letter on time... Then once u get conditional offer letter , you can show them your marksheet and get unconditional offer letter & then apply for visa... You will get there in September 2018 , no problem , but the early u start the process, the better.

This is good to know. Is a consultant necessary? I am getting mixed opinion as to a consultant is needed or not.
Also what about IELTS? have you or whoever you are applyng for, has taken IELTS? when should ne take IELTS? I think colleges will ask for it even to give conditional offer . Am I correct?

Oh bro,,, IELTS is the most important thing you need ,,, every college that you apply to will ask for your IELTS score. Give it as soon as possible, prepare properly and try to get above 6.5 band in each skill. and yes i have given ielts & scored 7.5 overall. tell me if u need help.
