yes it shows eligibility is in progress, but gcms notes say eligibility not started. gckey has said eligibility in progress since jan 2018

got GCMS notes today, nothing special. nothing started. in notes from december it just mentions they "rcved fee and that they requested medical, sponsor is canadian citizen, when sponsor landed, when the wedding happened and that sponsor submitted proof of relationship marriage cert, national id copy provided, copy of nikka nama with registry seal, nadra marriage cert and photos showing marriage cert signing signing, and says case held as per cpcm back office pilot." i think this back office pilot was for when they were checking me as sponsor. and then they transfered file to LVO.


nothing has been done at LVO, i believe above notes were from CPC-M. last update i see was when i sent them documents in April of applicant name change.

they have not started eligibility as per gcms

no i have not. i noticed they send pre-arrival email only once eligibility is completed and BGC begins. my eligibility has not even started as per gcms notes

I was wondering are gcms notes accurate tho? Maybe they are working on your case but didn’t update in the notes?

its possible, but GCKEY has said eligibitlity review in progress since Jan 2018, and I sent my applicant name change docs towards end of April which got updated on GCMS notes, so i wonder why they would not have updated gcms system if they actually started eligibility.

I don't think you have anything to be worried about. It could show up because they've sent you a passport request to issue you a CoPR.

If you've not received any correspondence, then you can always call and ask.

It means they send you an email and a letter of request. Check your gckey so you can read their message .
