I dont think they are processing the applications this fast...if you check this forum..people from november 2013 are still waiting...my friend applied in december 2013 and he is still waiting...i think the whole processing time since the day they received you application will be almost 2 years

Ur right call center agent told me it will take 17 months after they send file does any one know what's going on we have to stay with same employer till pr what if we lost job after desition made helpppppp

with your file number you can apply for open work permit.

I already did that on 10 oh March my medical is also done
just asking if it takes that much long should we still have to stay with the same employer or we can change it after BOWP ....

24th February, and yes, it is an open work permit, so I can work for another employer now

You should get your BOWP mid May and yes you can change jobs after you have received the BOWP

in my case my pnp is employer base and if I got my open permed which I apply ed on 10 March I can work for any employer is thay right

Thanks! I applied online and now I can work any kind of job now (Within reason)
