I did! And they're useless! All they did was contact the minister's office, and when the minister's office confirmed that my application has been received. I was told to wait because "under 12 months is normal". Such nonsense! I really hope my second application will be acknowledged soon

Not formally... I did ask the officer really nicely if there was anything he could do since I have travelling plans for June (hence the need to request another freaking visa)... Lol... I truly doubt that was the reason... but who knows!

Maybe that helped! A week's turnaround from DM to oath is remarkable.Not formally...
