All I can suggest is to call them. Not sure if or when they'll even reply to your email. People who had their oaths cancelled, barely got any reasonable explanations.

My ecas status has not changed and does not reflect what they told me in the emailed. I will call them tomorrow for sure and plan to go to the office with fully prepared and see what happens. They cant say that it's an error 24 hours prior. I will fight for sure...

I am studying the book for exam and it is difficult and complicated to read. There are many information in this book in terms of history of Canada, Justice system, government and so. Do we need to memorize numbers, names, cities and ...? Please advise me.

If you're asking in general, then yes, I believe there should be another line added when you get your oath invite.

I am going in on 15th Feb anyway. What max they would do is tell me the same error thing, but at least then I could talk to them in person. I will also call them tomorrow and update you guys here. You may have to listen to the messages they play. Once you get to the options part, dial '4' for Citizenship, and then '0' to connect to a live agent, IIRC.
