Hi I took my oath yesterday Aug 14 Saskatoon Broadway theatre.

Can I apply passport today

If I go to ECAS still didn’t show complete

If you have any idea please guide me

What did they tell you at the ceremony? Follow what they said.

Typically, it seems if ECAS is updated to complete, then you will be in the system and they'll be able to issue the passport (as I've read here on the forum). I would follow the instructions given to you at the Oath Ceremony.

Today is the first business day, tomorrow is the second business day, so Friday would be the day to apply.

Well if you're in that much of a hurry, and you have some time to spare (this is important), you can go to Passport Canada everyday after the oath and find out if you're in their system or not yet. Bring your application with you so once they find you in the system, you can apply on the spot. After 2-3 tries you should go through.

Congrats for your achievement
I think it is a long journey
As you have citizenship certificate it means any time you can apply passport
But better wait till Monday

I arrived in Canada as skill worker 2013 December, 2014 July I applied for my nomination, 2014 September I applied for my PR, 2015 December I did landing by border and become PR, 2018 February I applied my Citizenship, 2018 July I did my test and interview and finally 2018 July 14 my dream comes true BECOME CANADIAN CITIZEN.

I am from very middle class family, I tired to do hard work with honesty , I trust honestly and hardworking can make possible in any sector. It can be job it can be immigration it can be anything.

I wish all the people in this forum or not in forum will be citizen today or tomorrow.

If any one have any question regarding citizenship application please let me know I will do my best from my limitation.

Canada is a country where we can live safe secure and with equal rights , it is great country to raised children with quality education and lifestyle with great career.

Check your eCAS, if it says complete then yeah u should be good.

Are you in a rush? If not, just wait for 2-3 more days and be absolutely certain that the application wont come back. Even if you are in a rush, its better to do things right once rather than rush them. You can always avail the urgent passport facility.

Congrats! They recommend you wait 48 hours before applying to guarantee that you are in the system. You can try to go directly to a passport office and apply earlier but there is no guarantee that you will be in the system and you would have wasted your time. If you are at the office and in the system, you have several expedited options that cost extra.

Today morning I have seen my Ecas changed to complete

And if i go inside it showing you become Canadian citizen Aug 14 2018

Proud of it and very happy

I was clean shaven for the oath yesterday and my beard has already grown back

I'm lazy to shave today for the passport photo. I'll do it next week. lol.
