I am hoping it's not like what i am thinking, its just because all are in the PACE since august 24, but nobody touches it and they are really showing if ur under the processing time of 16 months its just a calculation not even sure if it will.. On December 5 its my 60 days from the time my MP has been informed that i would be getting the news. But if not i have to call them back and they will call them again and follow up.
The more i follow up the more that they ignore the paper work.


And again ivs and mf4361 i am not saying that i am right. I just saying what i have been observed my application.

Also i am thinking just now maybe they kind'a reach a quota or arec lose to reach that quota so that why they r only sending ppr to very few applicants.

i have no idea how does the Quota works for them in pr's but well....end of the year is here and no sign of them at all

i dont belive in this quota stuff, those visa office process and issue visa everyday, and people land in canada everyday,

I don't believe that. PPR issued in November means landing in 2017 which means it doesn't fall into this years quota. And they have a rather loose quota anyway

u so fast.... I'm the same timeline as us, but my online account eligibility still says not needed at this time, only medical passed...why????

ur eligibility is passed.. they dont update it online. Order GCMS notes. Because medical comes after eligibility passes.

I think the reason why they were getting slower they were processing a lot of PR applicants. Since the LMIA intorduced, some employers were not familiarized about the pnp skilled worker with job offer category. Then i think a lot of employers right now knew about that program and they were using that program in replacement of LMIA. That is why i know several people on their work permit they were food service supervisor but their responsibilites or role in their store were just a team member lol.

yeah aug 7 i will be also 16 months.
Mp said that when contact cic 2 weeks ago aprox they told by dec 7 my file will be open for final review....
so I honestly dont know what to beleive, just have faith.

some ppl ere said push cic calling very often other like u said the more u push the less they move...

I dont know what to do when reach 16 months :'(

16 months is not the maximum process time. Its an estimate based on 80% of successful application approval in the past 12 months. If there are problems in the checks, CIC do extra investigation, which takes time. If they need documents from you, there's delay. If nothing goes wrong, expect it be done in 16 months with 80% confidence

Yeah we understand is only 80%
But right now many applicants are 16 months or more and cic says everything is passed including security and just waiting for final review since weeks ago....
The ones that havent pass all cic mention to them what verification is still in process.

Thats what many do not undesrtand why havent get ppr if all is approved already and is nore than 16 months!

November applicant as well. My background check is in progress before I linked my application (I think it was linked in June 2016), and not changing since then. My earlier GCMS note shows that they started RCMP screening on the same day when I got AOR. Really do not understand how they process the case.

Well according to what I have observed is like when they are doing criminality check at that time background check changes to "In Progress" and at end when they do Security check at that time also Background changes to "In Progress".
As my Criminality was passed in my GCMS notes (hoping yours too), I am hoping that this would be Security check
