It clearly says here do not submit it unless asked.

Police station doesnt do it. Private agencies do it. Search for fingerprint service in your city on hoogle

Just tried to login in ECAS, found this is not ECAS anymore, when you click "Check your application status", it linked to "sign in to your account".

Its still there, its below the sign in section where they give you 2 options to either link your paper application or use an online tool that is updated daily. That online tool is ECAS.

Ps means still security in process and pace means security passed and your application just awaiting final decision.

Doing a BG check is a normal thing and they do it for everyone not just a random set of people.. BG check depends from case to case depends on your travel history your nationality and so forth. Sometimes it just takes longer than you expect but if you're above the normal processing times order GCMS notes go to the MP and you will get a better update at least with GCMS notes you will have a clear idea of what they are doing now

Thank you friend, I will just keep doing my work during the day, and watching TV after work, until I recieve PPR. I have given up calling CIC, becauese I think they can't really do anything to accelerate my BG.

My file location was showing as pace on 2017/01/14 and my primary office is cpc Ottawa .according to last notes that was created on 11 march .everything is passed but right now it showing m as paper file
