Based on your physical presence days, you were eligible to apply one year before the day you have applied. Is there a reason for that or your physical present days are incorrect?

One of the family members was absent for 1 year from Canada.

I was worried up until the day I received AOR. But thankfully got AOR. I am from Saskatoon. Our application is for 1 male adult, 1 female adult and 1 female kid (8 year old). I paperclipped individual photos to individual application.

I applied from Winnipeg.....1 adult male,;1 adult female and 1 female child. I didnt wrote names on the back of the photographs and dont remember if they were date stamped by the studio or not. Application sent on 15th Nov. , received on 17th Nov., AOR not received. Are they going to return the app.? Can I send the photo's again now with date stamping and signature? Please advise.

Can someone please let me know if it really gets your application returned if you forgot to mention exit/entry at border?

If yes, is there any way out to resolve it before Cic return application?

I am sorry to say that it is highly likely that all applications will be returned unless officer is very generous and found photos stapled to respective application form.

Thanks Abu Hassan for your reply. Now that I am almost certain that the photos were not datestamped and I have not written the names on the back either, is it a good idea to send a new application proactively? Please note AOR not being issued so far for any one of us. Please advise.

Photographs not being stamped and dated by the Studio is a definite return. However, not writing names on the back of the photos is officer dependent (photos of each applicant in the family do need to be attached to their respective forms, otherwise officer won't know who is who), as long as they are stamped/dated by the Studio.
