Yes,they have been torchering us for so long,and even now at the last step it is unending misery!!!That is unhuman behaviour,look at those November applicants who didn't even got the DM,and the funniest part is that we are paying them money for such a "nice"treatment,who is crazy here i wonder?? :'( :-[ :-X :-\ ???
