It was for both the countries that we had lived in (India and USA). So dont worry too much if they have confirmed rect of your documents. You should also email CPC-Ottawa for the status. They reply pretty quickly, usually the next day.

so that means i wasn't supposed to submit all of them just australian one ... ???

And i emailed ottawa on friday ,. No reply yet

For some reason I can't create or edit a signature, so I am recapping my status here:

Ontario PNP
Job Offer: Yes
Application Received: Nov 15, 2013
AOR: January 6, 2014
Medical received: February 2014
PCCs received: February 7, 2014
Reminder email: May 15, 2014
RPRF: May 30, 2014

I am still at "Application Received". I emailed CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry on May 15 asking about the status of my application.

They replied on June 17 to tell me that my application was still at the Sydney CIO, and had not been forwarded to Ottawa CPC yet.

My question is: are applications forwarded to Ottawa only when the status changes to IP, or can it happen before that?

My next question is:

Should I email CIO Sydney Search Enquiry (CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca) again to ask what the status of my application is?

Or should I instead email the Ottawa CPC (CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca) to ask?

Not sure about the second question but for the first question, they normally set the status to IP and send it to Ottawa right after that. this is basically an indicator that all required documents have been confirmed by intake office and no additional document is required from the applicant.

Dont worry, you are almost there...i think it varies based on the case officer if everything else with the application is in order.
