Hey I sent them an email asking about the Police clearance if they have received it and they replied my the very next day. I was shocked with their quick response. Not even complete 24 hours. I never thought they would reply that fast. But yes wait for 4 weeks after you have sent you PCC and then email them and they should reply you back confirming if they received it or not.

Can you please confirm on which email id, did you contacted them ?

The police certificates are not verified by Sydney office, All the files submitted for PR within Canada go to Ottawa office and then they do the security check. I found an Ottawa address on the CIC website on where to send the original police clearance certificate, so I sent it there

I did send hard copies PCC to CIO sydney via canada post, i did not received any acknowledgement from them.
Also i did sent PCC without request, even paid RPRF without request. I have emailed them soft copy of RPRF receipt on cost recovery email id and also sent hard copy to CIO sydney.

I am too 21st November applicant, as everyone got emails for paying RPRF and PCC! I did not got any email, does it mean that they received my PCC, RPRF and updated in system?

Also will it cause any problem as i had sent PCC to CIO sydney ?

I think it will not problem you will get soon your ppr email.
Yesterday morning I payed rprf then evening I got same email after that I sent receipt to cio......

I am unable to pay the RPRF fee as I cannot recollect the password & am failing the security questions. Did anyone experience this issue and will it be okay to register with a new email ID and pay the fees?

Thank you Tomalika. I was able to use a new email ID and pay the fees.
I noticed another issue, the application number and UCI for my partner on our medical request and the RPRF email is different. Do anybody see a different Application number in either emails?

i agree, RPRF email is just a reminder, you can pay even before you send your passport to CIC, it bases on the date they receive your app
