CEC's policy has been changed, I think that is part of the reason too.

NO they are working, becouse i have my friend got his ppr last night (cec) he applied 19 september cec is very fast now.......

I was thinking of doing that too. But isn't it like throwing a dart in the dark ? Hopefully it works for you, please let us know if you hear anything back from CIC.

you wont hear back from them say:" we got your money", but I did it anyway.
When I got my GCMS notes, it says money received.
