well if you back to India and want your case processed there, than its OK to select New Delhi visa office , if you want to remain in Canada and want to process your file in Canada than you have to select cpp Ottawa,

Sorry this is incorrect: ALL CEC applications are processed in Ottawa. Regardless of where you are in the world.
That said, you can put whatever visa office you want on your form, it will still go to Ottawa and you won't be penalized for listing somewhere else.

If you used an email address, you will receive it on email. (Sometimes on Spam folders).
If no email was given, then it will come by regular post.

Some people just know enough to be dangerous - or not even enough. It's tough coping with false statements and worried
users changing plans because of said statements. :-\

Was the salary really the reason for the rejection? Or maybe something else?
Let's say the position he works in usually gets paid $55,000 per year and he only got $20,000 that might be reason
for rejection as it might raise red flags for the VO, but usually a difference in salary or wage is not a problem.

Received Nov-8th, then you're all good. As long as your application was received before Nov-9th, your application
will be assessed according to the 'old' rules.

We're getting AOR in under 50 days right now, so you can expect it fairly soon if your package
is complete and all forms are dated and signed.

Count me in...sent the application today....delivery date by the end of the day tomorrow....hopefully the 200 applications don't fill up by tomorrow...
