This forum is of great help for me ....so thanks to all the contributors.
I believe I just got medical request today by email ...I was expecting it by regular mail for some reason.
I have a question, I will be visiting my home country tomorrow and spending a month there and was wondering if the medical can be done over there at one of the designated doctor clinics, or it has to be done here in Canada as that where I applied from?

Medicals can be done anywhere with any of the CIC panel physicians. Check for one in your home country on CIC portal.

You should. It doesn't mean that your application will be done by November. So, it's better to be on the safe side.

Did you couriered the RCMP Certificate or it was mailed by RCMP? And do they send a confirmation e-mail when they receive it?

It was directly sent from Fingerprinting agency to CPP and I send them another email after few days to confirm if they received it.. And I got email this morning from VO, who sent me the RCMP request originally that he received my certificate.. Now I do not know how long VO's gonna take to send MR...

nope they just give you a DCN# to check the status of your submission...
