Hello Hope 2015, what will happen ifone gets nomination by December 28, 2015, accepts the nomination on his 2015 EE profile and no draw was done till the year ends? Can that nomination be used for a new EE profile in 2016 or will the 2015 EE profile still be in for the EE draw in 2016? I am just thinking ahead o!!!!!!!!!!!

Nomination is valid for 6 months.. You can use it for 2016.. That wouldn't be an issue

Need help on additional documents required.

Hello Mates,
Received the email asking for additional information. Below are the details that has been asked.


In order to continue processing your application the following additional information is required:

· Your residence permits for Saudi Arabia must be translated to English or French.

· What is your intended occupation in Nova Scotia? You identified two NOC codes, 2171 and 2173. Choose one.

· Updated bank account balance information.

· To prove your job duties at your previous places of employment, you submitted letters from former employees of those companies. This is not acceptable. As outlined in the Nova Scotia Demand application guide:


Letters must:

 be written on company letterhead

 be signed by the responsible officer/supervisor

 show company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses

 be stamped with the company's official seal (if applicable)



Letters must include all of the following information:

 the specific period of your employment with the company

 the positions you have held during the period of employment and time spent in each position

 your main responsibilities and duties in each position

 your annual salary plus benefits in each position, and

 the number of hours worked per week in each position

I am in Saudi Arabia, and need experience from Indian employer. People who received nomination please help me how to get the same. I provided affidavit by the managers.

getting residence proof translated should not be a problem for you.

You have to get roles and responsibilities letter from your previous employers. They can providr scan copies and you can take print out of them. Take color one.

You need to rigorously follow up with them fo roles and responsibilities letter to attain them asap.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I had been constantly bugging them from January, but no success yet. Also, those should be as per NOC, which would help them to understand it.

Any other option?

Sorry no other option.. you can perpare you format and send it across to your employer.. they will just validate with you manager and give you the scanned copy on letter head.. i know ibm, capgemini, cognizant.. do provide the same but again uou have to follow up daily and try showcase the urgency
