I have graduated from faculty of education English in 2008

I have worked as translator in Kuwait full time for 8 hours 6 days weekly and as welder part time 5 hours daily for 6 days weekly for 6 years (30 hours weekly)

Now I want to immigrate as welder to Nova Scotia Nominate program

They require 60 of 100 - my score is 61

Can I submit my paper as welder?

Is it useful to mention my experience in translation?

what if I submit only experience in welding as translator is not required in Nova Scotia list?

if my application is refused as welder, can I submit later as translator or they will consider me layer?

What the papers I need to obtain from the company to proof my welding experience? only detailed experience certificate mentioned salary, work hours, tasks, title or I have to attach the work contract and pays lib?

I runs a woman over by my car but she did not died and the judge judged Innocence to me as it was in Highway

I had operation in my back since 2002 and I have metal slides in my back, is this may lead my application to be refused?

My wife had hepatitis C since 2 years but she took injections and totally is cured, is this may lead my application to be refused?

Hi, I believe you can apply on whatever experience you have since you are honest and can prove it.. don't hide any info. List both jobs .. Reference letter from the company explaining your role main duties as well as benefits and dates of course.. clearly matching the NOC duties ..

For the case u mentioned.. request Police Certificate and see what's mentioned there better than speculation..

The rest notes, sorry don't have an answer.. maybe some of the guys here had similar case!

My application was received on Feb 23, though it's 26th Feb that appears on spread sheet.

I need your help about job title in my work experience letter.For a proposed NOC, Should the job title exactly be one of the defined job titles in NOC2011? I saw my job title in some job offers but it is not defined in NOC2011. Should I ask my company to revise it?

Also please let me know if I have to send changes in my status to NSOI before I get AOR?
After I submit my application I started working in my previous company again so should I inform it to NSOI by sending an edited employment letter before I get AOR or receiving additional doc mail?
Based on app guide(below sentence) I should. but I don't know what means status here?

Hi Hope 2015, if you wrote your duties in a way matching the NOC you listed in the application, then I don't think you really need to raise up this issue now, title is different from place to another.. I believe what matters rather than the title.. after all and in view of the "Request for additional Info" they asked for.from many applicants, they were always referring to duties and NOC ?
