Hi,

I have a question, My documents were certified by citi however they have not included "I hereby notigy that......." statement. they just simply signed and the seal has been put on the documents. Another question the attestation signature is also made in Black ink. will it be accepted. Please answer my questions.

Definitely, No Problem They are receiving hundreds of application with same kind of Notarization. Mostly Bank officer attest in this way. That way is used by judicial officer on Oath statement in case of advance legal proceedings. You are good to go.

Black ink should be fine. If I were you and if it is fairly easy to meet with the person who notarized your documents, I would ask them to write "True Copy" by their notary stamp.
