hello. I am currently applying for the open work permit and my husband is applying for the spouse open work permit from Hong Kong . We have done the biometrics and passed the medical exams on 22nd April 2023. However , there are two documents of my husband’s listed as not submitted to ircc. I have checked and tried to find the “next’ button to transmit these two documents , but there is no “next” button on the page , what can I do ? Thanks a lot .
