- Monitoring and reviewing performance and audit logs and execute different preventive maintenance procedures.
- Level-3 technical support to the ERP development staff and help desk staff.

- CISCO Catalyst 3570, 2960 Switches management and administration. Cisco Nexus Converged network switches with FC, iSCSI and FCoE configurations.
- Management and administration LAN and WAN infrastructures.
- Microsoft Exchange messaging infrastructure administration with Barracuda Anti Spam Firewall.
- Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy Management.
