My job has two titles. One is related to call centre customer service and another one is user support tech/technical support. In my job i take calls for us bound and north bound shipments (noc c) but at the same time i take calls from our internal employees/ clients for technical issues. (Noc b) So it is 50-50. I have a letter from my employer explaining both the duties. I am working 37.5 hours per week
Can you please advise if i can apply under express entry based on my user support job. I devote almost 50-50 percent hours to both job. Is it possible to apply under user support job and take 15 hours per week. (Partime hours)
