I have rephrased all job roles and responsibilities on CIC website on my ref letter and alternated the order, I do not have any role word for word (not even one) for example:
Counsel clients living in group homes and half-way houses, supervise their activities and assist in pre-release and release planning CIC...website
Rendered necessary support and assistance to clients living in low secured, medium secured and secured units and supervised activities within units assisted in escorts, group walk, home visits, discharge and referrals...my letter
is this ok or do I have to leave some word for word?
