NOC Question

I received my ITA with NOC code 21221 which is TEER 1, however after re checking with my HR at my job, they said its 222221 which is TEER2. the current draw is an "all programs draw" so my score wouldnt have changed either way. would it be okay if i just include a letter of explanation? or do i need to decline the invitation?

Personally I wouldn’t decline it. Minor changes is okay between ITA and PR application. The most important thing is to be sure your score will not drop below the draw score of your round and you still meet the eligibility requirements of your program. Writing a LoE is fine.
