I worked as analyst in Eclerx which was a KPO for 2.5 years. I am unable to match my duties with the code - 1112 Financial and investment analysts although i was working for an Investment Bank.
My Duties are much different in this comparison and i am unable to find the exact NOC.
My reference letter has the below duties, can anyone please help me with the correct NOC?
Setting process documents, SOPs based on companies activities.
Creating and maintaining trading/banking books by liaising with various teams like Product Control and Front Office.
Ensuring the SLAs are met
Tracking adhoc activities, mailbox management
Performing testing and regression of the new upgrades with mgmt if change in UAT environment with quality center tool.
Performing UAT and production testing to ensure/review the requirements mentioned in BRD & FRD.
