hey all, let's say someone has been working as a postdoc noc: 4011 (LMIA EXEMPT) and have a closed work permit and actually working in canada, and in the meantime he submitted his application for a university professor at the same university where he is doing his postdoc and got accepted. Should he apply for a new work permit with the LMIA this time?
if anyone has any idea please let me know.
Also in this case, is the LMIA will take a lot of things and time for the university to accomplish ?
