NO: 4011
Settlement fund : 18000 CAD in stocks. Nevertheless I invested 5000 CAD more in that portfolio.
I am a bit tensed about the chances as I made it quite late.
enlighten me with some hope if there is any thanks

RiyadChowdhury. You are very much on course. I am on NOC 4011 too and I submitted in August. CIO has received 25 of 500 cap anticipated applications so far...although it may be more. No matter what, I am sure you'll make the cap. Relax

from the looks of it, for 4011 apply in December and you should still be fine.

overall cap is 1000 for NOC 4011. for PHD stream it's 500. btw, thanks for your reply bro.

It will be a news item all over the world if NOC 4011 makes up to 500 at the end of April 2015. There are few applications so far. I guess our academic colleagues did not expect it to be listed for 2014. My consultant told me that it was not listed for some years. So for those who did the IELTS some years ago, their IELTS had expired in May 2014. I had to do another IELTS on July 10 because that was the next available date for me. You can imagine having to wait till July to do IELTS while a bunch of people had applied in May! It can be painful if an opening meets your IELTS expired..or what do you think? You will have to pray that you make the minimum of CLB 7 as in the last exam you did. There are so many Nigerians who have been repeating the IELTS again and again because they couldn't spread the 6 evenly for the 4 skills. If you have an overall band score of 7.5 and you score less than 6 in any of the skills your application will be rejected..its not funny at all! God saved me.

We are under pressure to get it over with. the truth is that Organisations in most developed nations of the world, including the visa offices often have the staff leaves approved between June ending and September 15 (Summer time) so performance will be low because the pace of work will be fairly skeletal. Things should pick up after Sept 15

ECA application sent and IELTS to be written on NOV 22nd.
My employer is not willing to give reference letter due to legal compliance.
I request friends on this forum for their kind advice as to what i can do, now that mu employer is not willing to give reference letter.

you can get the reference letter from your colleague or a senior staff in your college

NOC 4011 and imm 0008_3e form

from March 2006 - till date I am clearly ahead under NOC 4011 (8+ yrs).
Before 2006 i was working as a jr. architect (not listed in NOC).
As the form suggests to put all 10 yrs of previous experience; should i mention the jr. architect job for the initial 2 years of the given 10?
if i put myself as an architect there; what to put on NOC column?
