No. They will not reply. If its in your Physicianapply account, it means they have received it.

Thanks @ docHasan for your reply. Need to know something regarding document submission, Do I need to notarize any of the document? Because I see in the check list nothing need to be attested as long as they are in English.

There is a lot of debate about notarization of documents. Some people do it just to add credibility to their documents. But again its a personal choice. If documents are in English you can send non notarized copies, atleast thats what I have gathered from numerous discussions on the topic in the forum.

1. is eca fee $98 also included corrier fee or is corrier fee to be paid in addition to it to mcc??
And how much is that?
2. If college ppl nt willing to spend money on sending documnt bak can i send thm myself?
3.can i chk at college at 21st day of mcc accepted documents and alloted MINC?

1. Courier fee is NOT INCLUDED in ECA fee. Its actually 134 CAD I think, you have to download, print and fill a courier request form from MCC website including credit card details. Then you have to email the scanned copy of the form to the MCC email address.
2. Yes you can, but make sure the sender's name is from your college and not your personal name as it might cause complication at ECFMG. My college was nice enough to DHL my docs without any charges. Maybe other forum members who couriered their docs to ECFMG from college can advise further.
3. Yes, its better to go and check anywhere between day 20 - 25.

I hope anyone can help me here
I have filed my case received on28 Oct. Now I just realised I have skipped few things on my husbands forms
1. My husbands children's address( OBVIOUSLY. I have mentioned their address when filling on my behalf.on family info
2 .my father in laws date of birth ,which I have mentioned on additional info for family but didn't mention in background declaration,as he has deceased already.....
I don't know its something to worry about....they wouldn't send me my file back for this error...I hope not.......any remedy?
Any senior experienced member can u help??????

i have a little problem ,i hope anyone arround could help,
i send my file on 22 oct under 3112 which was received on 28 oct
i missed two things while filling forms on my husbands behalf
1. my childrens present address which obviously wrote when i was filling the form on my behalf the family info form
2.background decleration i forgot to write the birth date of my father in law as he has deceased recently but i did write it on my husbands familynfo..

my query....
1. is it a big blunder to expect return file...???
2. any remedy
any experienced advice welcomed

Elementary education 5 years, secondary 7(class 6 to HSC).
In full details Field of Study column what should i write. like in class 6 i studied math, general science, eng, bangali, geography,etc. should i write all those subjects or write N/A or just to write General subjects.

Bro, I have filled 11, 2 and 5 year of education respectively.. No need to mention the specific subjects.
