NOC 2161

Could anyone here help me out with the correct NOC

I have done my bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering.and I'm currently working as a statistical analyst building statistical models etc. According to the job i work on my noc is 2161.However,NOC 2161 says that one must have a degree in mathematics and statistics.If i add my NOC as 2161 will they reject my application ?

Here is the link for the non2161 roles and responsibilities. Under employment requirements they have mentioned
Mathematicians and statisticians usually require a degree in mathematics and statistics

Same situation here.. Can you please let me know finally with what NOC code you proceeded with..as per my job responsibilities NOC 2161 suits me better than 2171
