Process Lead – New Graduate within 24 months of graduation

This role is responsible to identify and initiate tactical and strategic activities, including process development, process execution and improvement, measurements, tools and support. Activities may also include leading local, global initiates focused on transforming process with end-to-end integration and process management. This role includes individuals with responsibilities for leadership, relationship, process and operational support, including support to the brands and sales teams. Manage process with sound problem-solving techniques and solutions orientation. Monitor and evaluate process execution, trends and root causes, business performance, and business controls to promote client satisfaction and achieve operational results.

Capacity Planning Lead
# Developing and executing capacity and staffing processes for all sources of labor strategy, including use of GR, Core Supplier Subcontractors, ITS and borrowed labor resulting in:
# Improvements in forecasting and closed loop linkage of supply and demand requirements.
# Achievement of SPL Utilization targets and Net Spend plan Attainment of Core supplier targets and GD shift targets.
# Meeting responsiveness objectives for all labor sourcing approvals
# Successfully utilize staffing metrics and analysis, and provide insight to Executives to influence effective decisions concerning resource management (bench levels, utilization, lend/borrow)
# Developing partnerships with Delivery/CPM Executives, Pre-sales and Post-sales teams to ensure effective end-to-end labor planning, forecasting, and optimized delivery solutions.
# Understanding / communication of the specific labor skills/gaps within ITS.
# Leveraging lessons learned for future staffing engagements to help drive early & appropriate staffing of Solutions to facilitate deal closure and manage delivery risk.

I just wanted to know what you guys think about this position. Does it count as a job under NOC1122? The description sounds like it does apply, but this job category, as defined by IBM, is under "nonconsulting".

Hi canada 121, kindly look over my duties and suggest do they match closely with 1122:
•Suggesting the solutions for the overall management needs of the company
•Monitoring and evaluating the different management policies & procedures to maintain the smooth work flow across the company
•Identify issues and recommend solutions for the progress of the different management functions across the range of departments.
•Support better management policies, reporting, organizational planning and business process for the betterment of the Finance, HR, Telecom and Marketing.
•Involved in supervising and maintaining performance of the personnel (within the team) including newly recruited staff.
•Maintaining the requirements and standards for ISO (International standard organization).
•Revising the strategies for the operational management needs of the company.
•Assisting in managing the company resources and budgets
•Involved in conveying upward and downward communication
•Randomly monitor and evaluate the operations and take corrective action if necessary to bring smooth flow of operations in all departments
•Applying all functions to bring total quality management for quality assurance and standards for the international market to retain company reputation

Hi ... do you have any update on your scenario? I am managing IT for a retail company in India. Lot of my work involves the things which have been mentioned in the government site. Will that suffice or is it strictly for external management consultants.
